Returns

A return will not be accepted without a return authorization. If you would like to return an item, please contact Merla Customer Care Team using the chat icon to issue a return request. Once approved, a return label will be provided. You may file a return request at any time up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order via the Online Returns Center.


Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.


All returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the item being delivered to you. Any return received after 30 days after your delivery date, may be ineligible for a refund.


Refunds and reimbursements (where applicable) for the products are not issued until the returned item arrives back at our warehouse.

Unwanted items (no longer needed, ordered wrong size, do not meet expectations etc.) returned due to no fault of the seller, will have deduction from the refund, these items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items that are shipped with "Expedited Shipping" will have a shipping cost deduction from the refund.


Please send us back the item in its original packaging and condition with all of the parts.


All items must be returned in the condition they were received (clothing must be new and unworn, movies must be unopened, shoes must be new and unworn, etc.).

Merla may test any product which is returned for being defective when it arrives. If found to be functioning properly and the nature of the return was misrepresented, we will deduct from the refund a customer fee equal to 20% of the product sales price.


Additionally, if any item claimed to be returned new is found to have been used or opened, we will deduct from the refund up to 20% of the product sales price. This includes books with signs of use, electronics that have been opened or used, clothes that have been worn, etc. We do not accept returns for items if damaged or altered through customer misuse, item is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition (previously worn clothing and shoes, undergarments not in original packaging and/or with no tags, item missing from a set, etc.) due to customer wear and/or tampering.


We do not accept returns for the following items: Perishable items such as grocery, hygiene, pet food products. Hazardous Materials such as paint, cleaning supplies, or other chemical products.

Open software for reasons not due to a Seller error.


For security reasons, third party sellers do not have access to any of your credit card information. When a refund is issued, it may take up to one week to process the funds back to your original payment method by the issuer.
